 Today we wrote down some vocabulary to study. We also wrote some notes on formal and informal language. We learned what formal and informal text contain and when to use them. Will be studying for the quiz on the Vocab.

 Today we had an assessment on the play Fences.  I didn’t think it was hard and I think I would get a good grade on it. Not really sure but I did read the book and also watched the movie. I asked Mr. Rease if I could fix my grade and he helped me out by letting me complete some assignments. 

 Today we wrote notes about brainstorming, the process of writing, and clustering. I learned how to start with a a main topic and add sub topics. The lesson today will help me with my writing or also having a plan. Pretty good day.

 Today we finished reading fences and talked more about the characters. We learned that Troy died during the 7 year gap and he regretted kicking out his son. Fences was a really good book. Pretty okay Monday I'm starting to focus more in class the past weeks haven't been so great honestly.

 Today we continued to read Fences and also discussed more about the characters. We also watched the scene where Troy tells Rose that the woman he had an affair with is pregnant and having his kid which was really interesting because you can clearly see how Rose felt in that situation. Feeling a little sleepy but still trying hard. 

 Today we continued to read Fences and discussed more about what is happening in the story also about the characters. We learned more about Troy’s past and how he lived back then with his dad. So far the book has been interesting. Right now everything had been okay trying to put myself back on track with my classes. 

Today We answered comprehension questions about the play Fences. We learned about the characteristics of the characters. The lesson has been fun recently I really like the book it’s not much different than the film. Today I’ve felt okay but I’ve been tired these days, also I will work hard to complete these blog posts because I totally be forgetting to do them.
