Reflection 3 8/16/23

 We continued on the poem, “The Negro Speaks of Rivers” by Langston Hughes and answered question 1-9 on the paper .

We had to complete some discussion questions before reading the story "Devoted Son". The questions were mostly culture questions that also connected to the story and probably what the story would be about. Cultural connection to the story. Pretty interesting to know about what the story revolves around with culture and by answering these questions I can tell that it will be about probably culture expectations on a son.
